SMS Terms

1. The AETOS Text Program
Growth by AETOS sends text messages to people who have asked to hear from us by text, including people who enquire about our services, AETOS trial users and our clients. Every message comes from AETOS and is about your enquiry, your account or the services you use with us.
2. How You Opt In
You choose to receive our text messages by:
- Ticking the SMS consent box when you submit one of our forms, such as our contact form
- Texting our business number first, or replying to one of our messages
- Asking our team to contact you by text
Agreeing to receive text messages is optional and is never a condition of buying anything from us.
3. What We Send
- Replies to your enquiry and answers to your questions
- Onboarding, appointment and account reminders
- Support and service updates about your AETOS system
- Occasional news and offers, only where you have agreed to receive marketing texts
Message frequency varies depending on your enquiry and the services you use.
4. Costs
Message and data rates may apply, based on your mobile plan. AETOS charges nothing to receive our text messages.
5. How to Opt Out
Reply STOP to any message at any time to opt out. You will receive one final text confirming you have been unsubscribed, and your number is removed from our text messages straight away. You can also reply UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT.

6. Getting Help

7. Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier, your device and your coverage.
8. Your Privacy
Your number stays with us
- Mobile numbers and text message consent are never shared with, sold or rented to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes
- Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party
- We use your number only to send the messages you agreed to receive

9. Eligibility
By opting in, you confirm you are 18 or older and that you are the account holder of the mobile number you provide, or have the account holder's permission to use it.
